1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using CloudSAAS Solutions services, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provisions of this agreement. If you do not agree to these Terms and Conditions, please do not use our services.

CloudSAAS Solutions provides software-as-a-service (SaaS) and digital tools including but not limited to cloud storage, business analytics, project management, and automation tools. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of our services at any time.

3. User Accounts

3.1 Registration

To access certain features of our services, you must register for an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information
• Maintain and update your information to keep it accurate
• Maintain the security of your password
• Accept responsibility for all activities under your account

3.2 Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms and Conditions or engage in fraudulent or illegal activities.

4. User Obligations

You agree to use our services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree NOT to:

• Use the services in any way that violates applicable laws or regulations
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or networks
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of our services
• Upload or transmit viruses, malware, or other harmful code
• Infringe upon the intellectual property rights of others
• Use our services to send spam or unsolicited communications

5. Payment Terms

5.1 Fees

Certain services require payment of fees. You agree to pay all applicable fees as described in your service plan. All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated.

5.2 Billing

Fees are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. You authorize us to charge your payment method for all fees incurred.

5.3 Price Changes

We reserve the right to modify our pricing with 30 days' notice. Continued use of the services after price changes constitutes acceptance of the new pricing.

6. Intellectual Property Rights

The services and all associated content, features, and functionality are owned by CloudSAAS Solutions and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

7. User Content

7.1 Ownership

You retain ownership of all content you upload or create using our services. You grant us a license to use, store, and process your content solely to provide our services.

7.2 Responsibility

You are solely responsible for your content and the consequences of sharing it. We do not endorse or assume responsibility for user content.

8. Data Security and Privacy

We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your data. However, no method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure. For more information, please refer to our Privacy Policy.

9. Service Level Agreement

We strive to maintain 99.9% uptime for our services. In case of planned maintenance, we will provide advance notice. We are not liable for downtime caused by circumstances beyond our control.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, CloudSAAS Solutions shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold CloudSAAS Solutions harmless from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your use of our services or violation of these Terms.

12. Termination

Either party may terminate this agreement at any time. Upon termination, your right to use the services will immediately cease. We will provide you with access to export your data for 30 days following termination.

13. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Azerbaijan. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Baku, Azerbaijan.

14. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. We will notify users of significant changes via email or through our services. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
